Board Information
The integrity of each boarder is very important to Nova and our family of existing boarders. Potential boarders will be interviewed. Feed is top quality Alfalfa Brome Mixed Hay and Hubbard Summit Active High Protein Grain. Equine Senior Grain is available for our mature horses and is given to training horses as needed based on their work schedules. Turnout is always available at an additional fee in our many turn-out pens, both dry lots and grazing pastures. Owner resides on the property and barn management does a final check every evening which includes the last watering of the day.
Accommodations
All boarders have access to the entire facility including the indoor and outdoor riding arenas, turnouts, tack rooms, outdoor wash rack and grooming areas. Boarders may choose to use the services of our farrier or hire their own. Stalls are 10 x 12. We feed 2-3 a day and water 3-4 times a day. Stalls are cleaned 6 days a week. Arena is worked 7 days a week.

Nova has a total of five fenced turn-out areas for your horse to enjoy, both sand for active turn-out and grass for grazing.
Details
Board:
Board includes your horse’s stall, hay and grain 2-3x per day, and water 3-4x per day. Stalls are cleaned Monday - Saturday. Turn-out is available at an additional expense. Please call our office to inquire about board and turn-out pricing.
Training:
Lorri and Samantha will train/work your horse 5 days per week. Included in our training program are lessons for one member of your family designed for the horse/rider’s individual needs. Please call our office to inquire about training pricing.
Worming:
Keeping the barn worm free is very important! Different types of wormers are used seasonally, keeping in mind if horses are spending more time outdoors. Nova will order and dispense wormer as needed and bill boarders accordingly.
Farrier:
Nova’s Farrier is Iron Fox. They visit Nova weekly on Thursday. When your horse is due for shoes/trim, we will add their name to the list hanging on the front bulletin board and send you a reminder. Payment is due prior to or at time of farrier visit.
