Birthday Parties
Happy Birthday!
Nova birthday parties are a hit for all ages! Whether riding independently or on a lead line, our guests always love spending time on horseback. Parties are supervised by a trained instructor. A barn tour and scavenger hunt are included. Guests may bring apples and carrots to feed to the horses. All riders receive a goodie bag and the guest of honor receives a Nova t-shirt! Independent Riding Party Details:
Ages 9+
-Guests will ride independently and receive a fun group riding lesson. Games on horseback will be played if rider ability allows.
- Two hour party: Approximately 1 hour in the barn and 1 hour in the party room.
- Days/times: Saturday at 4:00 (Sorry, no Saturday parties in June, July & August). Sunday after 12:00.
- Minimum of 5 guests required
- $70 / rider
- $100 non-refundable deposit via cash or check due at booking to secure the date
- Host is required to pay for number of riders confirmed the week of the party
- Balance due on party day via cash or check
- Our Riding Release can be printed below. Every rider needs to have one completed upon arrival to party.
Hand-Walked Lead Line Party Details:
Ages 8 and under
- Guests will ride on horses while Nova staff hand-walks the horses around the arena.
- Two hour party: Approximately 1 hour in the barn and 1 hour in party room.
- Days/times: Saturday at 4:00 (Sorry, no Saturday parties in June, July & August). Sunday after 12:00.
- Minimum of 6 guests required
- $50 / lead liner
- $75 non-refundable deposit via cash or check due at booking to secure the date
- Host is required to pay for number of riders confirmed the week of the party
- Balance due on the party day via cash or check
- Our Riding Release can be printed below. Every rider needs to have one completed upon arrival to party.
Scouting Events
Girl Scout & Boy Scout:
Nova is an approved vendor with the Boy and Girl Scout Councils. We offer unique 90-min equine classes which fulfill the requirements for the Horsemanship Badge and Horse Lovers Badge. Boys and girls will enjoy learning to groom and saddle a horse and will receive a one-hour riding lesson. The cost is $65/scout.
Daisies, Brownies & Cubs:
We also have special packages for the younger Daisy and Brownie troops as well as Cub Scouts. Our Lead Line Scouting event is $50/scout.
